(Do I win a prize? :) It is so cool to see someone so eloquently champion the Crazy Cat Lady cause! I too am a CCL (but not a hoarder! I'm "only" up to seven, and my house is VERY clean). I started with three, but wouldn't you know it, I acquired a few new roommates as a side effect of working for....drumroll please.... SOS! Though they were only meant to be fosters at first, they turned into full-time residents, and that is just fine with me. Like you, I've always been a cat person and have in fact never been "catless" - we've always had at least one, and I can't imagine life without them!
